    I chose this hotel for attending a congregation because it provides an open conference hall, which was perfect for our big event. The high level of service, delicious dishes, and convenient location met the needs of both business people and tourists. Citadel Inn Hotel & Resort was the perfect choice for our conference, presentations, and business meetings.

    The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities.

    The Citadel Inn Hotel in Lviv is a hidden gem that offers an unmatched level of elegance and impeccable service. The hotel's exquisite interior and attention to detail truly impressed me. I especially loved the beautiful wall paintings and the stunning glass dome, which created a truly unforgettable atmosphere during my stay.

    If I were to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be for the staff to be more prompt in offering apologies when a problem arises. Although I experienced exceptional service overall, I noticed that the staff was reluctant to apologize even when a mistake had been made.

    Great stay with extra bed for child, delicious breakfast, and beautiful view from restaurant. Expensive restaurant food and slow service on terrace, minor inconvenience with shower. Lovely territory and garden, short walk to city center.

    The facilities and staff all great, the best! Location is not bad at all as it's a short walk to all stores and city square (downhill!).

    The odd thing is the beds. They have five star everything but skimped on the beds which were uncomfortable as they were like fold-out beds in a castle. Also no air conditioning which would keep me away during hot summer months.

    The location of this hotel is really great - it's on top of a hill with amazing views and within walking distance to the city center. The hotel facilities are very clean and modern. I appreciated the free guarded car parking. The staff was great too - they were very helpful.

    The service was great, the food was of a very high standard. The hotel was quiet and romantic, only a 10 minute walk from the center. The staff were very attentive, professional and polite. Not having too many rooms we found the hotel comfortable and tranquil.

    There was not internet in the rooms, no air freshener in the toilets and not enough tv channels

    We enjoyed the unique location on a hill with a fascinating history, in the midst of a park. The old town was just a short walk away, which was very convenient. We were happy to stay at this hotel, and we found our room to be comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and provided great service. The breakfasts were a highlight, with plenty of options and delicious food.

    The facilities were lacking. There was no swimming pool, which would have been a nice addition.
